The Ace Attorney series turned 15 this year with the release of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney way back in October 12, 2001. Series artists celebrate the occasion with commemorative illustrations.
The first one is by freelance illustrator Tatsuro Iwamoto who has worked on most of the games of the series ever since the very first one.
Next up is a piece from Takuro Fuse, who has worked as the lead character designer and art director on Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies, Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice, and he also worked as an additional character designer on Ace Attorney Investigations 2.
This is another one by Tatsuro Iwamoto, who has also worked on Okami. He has mentioned in the past that he’s good when it comes to drawing “fatherly” characters, but drawing “moe” girls is his weak point.
And finally, here’s a piece by Capcom artist Kazuya Nuri, who has had a major role in several Ace Attorney series including Rise from the Ashes, the final episode of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. He also worked as the art director for Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, and The Great Ace Attorney.
