Final Fantasy Awakening Is Now Available To Try Out In Open Beta For China

Final Fantasy Awakening was first announced as Final Fantasy Type-0 Online, developed by Perfect World with an emphasis on hack and slash gameplay with Type-0 characters. Its name has since then been changed to Final Fantasy Awakening, and its open beta has begun in China. [Thanks, @aibo_ac7.]

The above trailer for China gives us a glimpse of its gameplay, where players will get to team up in the MMO smartphone action game to take on missions together.

Final Fantasy Awakening’s open beta is now available in China for iPhone and Android with an APK provided from the official website. Last we heard, the game was being considered for a release in North America and Europe when it was still called Final Fantasy Type-0 Online.
