Koei Tecmo announced today that two Gust titles in Nights of Azure and Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book are headed to PC via Steam starting February 7, 2017.
This marks the first two Gust titles headed to PC, which will also be followed by Atelier Firis later in 2017.
Here’s a look at announcement trailers for the two from their original releases:
Nights of Azure
Nights of Azure is a tragic tale of two friends faced with impossible decisions that will test their loyalty to their quest and to each other. Set on an uncharted island that floats in the North Sea, Nights of Azure paints a picture of a land where nights are tormented by azure-blooded demons. In this kingdom of Ruswal, very few people leave their homes after the sun has set, let alone have the strength and skill to take on these powerful monsters. One of the best among these brave few is the protagonist, Arnice, a knight of great skill and power, who is assisted by her friend and priestess Lilysse in a quest to rid the land of demons. However, they soon find out that the solution to the island’s problems might not be as simple as defeating enemies in battle.
Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book
The game revolves around the life of the main protagonist Sophie Neuenmuller, a young, yet inexperienced alchemist who runs an atelier on the outskirts of Kirchen Bell. Sophie discovers a mystical talking book named Plachta, whose sole memories involve the use of alchemy. Plachta, a blank reference book, has lost almost all of the memories that comprise the pages of her text, and it’s up to Sophie to help her recover those memories by writing down alchemy recipes into the blank pages.
Sophie is aided by her close friends, Monika Ellmenreich and Oskar Behlmer, who help Sophie on her quest to become a grand alchemist capable of providing for the town while restoring Plachta’s memories. Along the way, a colorful cast of companions join Sophie as her allies in a story arc that becomes much bigger than the interactions of small town, and instead becomes a fight for the fate of the world.
Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita. Nights of Azure is available on PlayStation 4.
