Marvelous updated the official website of Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash, the series’ first shooter game that reminds us quite a bit of Splatoon, except with bikini girls and guns can be leveled up.
In Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash, there are all kinds of different Water Guns. They all vary in attack range, mobility, water consumption rate, power, and more depending on the types used. Switching things up according to your battle style and match up will be the key to success.
As shown in the image above, you’ll also get to level up Water Guns. You can have the same kind of Water Gun evolve into something completely different in terms of looks and characteristics.
Here’s a look at some of the different types of Water Guns:
Assault Rifle
The Assault Rifle is full-auto shot type Water Gun. It might not have the most power, but it is simple to handle.
Shotgun
A Water Gun that shoots multiple shots at once in bursts. Similar to what you’d expect from a shotgun-type weapon, it deals more damage from closer than it does from a distance.
Grenade Launcher
A Water Gun that launches explosive water balloons. The water balloons explode when they come into contact with enemies and surfaces.
Gatling Gun
A Water Gun that steadily increases its fire rate while shooting. It makes up for its lack of mobility with exceptional firepower.
Rocket Launcher
This Water Gun launches a water-filled bottle. Its linear attacks are top-class, but its reload time is where it suffers.
Next up, is a look at some newly revealed participating characters from the series.
Yozakura (CV: Kaori Ishihara)

Murakumo (CV: Hisako Kanemoto)

Yumi (CV: Yumi Hara)
She sees “Peach Beach Splash” as a shameless tournament, and shows her disapproval towards it.
Shiki (CV: Ayano Yamamoto)
During the tournament, she’s always excited, and there’s a reason behind that.
Minori (CV: Hiromi Igarashi)
She’s a bit of a child who loves snacks and playing around.
