Sci-Fi Mecha RPG Starly Girls Launches December 9 In Japan, Here’s A Gameplay Trailer

Publisher Kadokawa Games announced that their new smartphone game, titled Starly Girls: Episode Starsia, will release in Japan on December 9, 2016 for iOS and Android. Here’s a new gameplay trailer.

 

In Starly Girls, you’re the captain of a spaceship called “Asterism,” and will get to explore the vast outer-=space with your crew of “Star Girls.” By piloting mechas called “G-Gear” (or Gravity Gear) you’ll go into sci-fi action battles.

 

The game offers a variety of ways to raise your Star Girls, with customization and upgrade options for your G-Gears, weapons, and more.

 

Yoshimi Yasuda, who has worked on Kantai Collection for Kadokawa Games is heading the smartphone game as the director. The developers behind it is Aeria Games.

Additionally, those who register early will get a rare Star Girl named Halley (CV: Ayane Sakura) as a gift from December 9 through December 19. Early-registrants will also get special login bonuses along with the regular login bonuses for the first seven days.
