Koei Tecmo is releasing a new Attack on Titan game, called Attack on Titan: Escape from Certain Death, from their studio Ruby Party, known for the Neoromance series, and it’ll be a visual novel title with more of a survival aspect rather than fighting Titans.

As previously reported, the story takes place in an old castle, where the Survey Corps were investigating until they got attacked by Titans. The floor suddenly collapsed in the castle, and you, the protagonist, will end up falling down to a lower level of the castle. You barely manage to survive the fall, but can no longer use the Three Dimensional Maneuver Gear after it broke. It’ll be up to you and your partner to find a way to make it out alive.

Attack on Titan: Escape from Certain Death releases in Japan on March 30, 2016 for Nintendo 3DS. The game will go for 5,800 yen, or 12,800 yen for the Treasure Box edition that includes the game, a visual book, soundtrack, two waterproof posters, six large tin badges, and a 3DS theme download code (Mikasa/Levi).
