Capcom has finalized the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release date for the Resident Evil 4 rerelease. The game will come to both systems on August 30, 2016. This version will be the ultimate release, with additional features from the PlayStation 2 and Windows PC ports of the game.

In addition to the main campaign, Resident Evil 4’s extra features will offer further gameplay. The Separate Ways scenario, starring Ada Wong, is available, as is a Mercenaries Mode that unlocks after you beat the campaign. There’s also a New Game Plus, which lets you bring in items like Knight Armor for Ashley or a Chicago Typewriter Tommy Gun for Leon.
