Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced 16 new properties that will be coming to Lego Dimensions, among them Sonic the Hedgehog. They will be available in new Fun, Level, and Team Packs, as well as new Story Packs.

There will be new kinds of game modes, thanks to these new characters and packs. The story packs, like the ones for Ghostbusters and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, will be extensive expansions with lengthy storylines and new Toy Pad modes. To be more specific, the Ghostbusters pack adds Rip, which lets you go into another dimension to alter the primary one. There will also be gold-tag minifigures, which let you access an Adventure World with a Battle Arena where players can enjoy four player competitive multiplayer.
