Players can bathe, dress, feed, play with, and teach Teddy in Teddy Together. The more time you spend with the toy, the more he or she will want to know about you. Interacting with Teddy, or tapping an amiibo to the screen, will give coins that can be spent on clothing and accessories to customize the bear. The more time you spend with Teddy, the higher your friendship level, more gifts received, and more well rounded he or she becomes.
