Nintendo’s latest Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE trailer explains what kind of encounters players will have to face as they follow Fortuna Entertainment’s newest Mirage Masters, Itsuki, Tsubasa, and Touma, as they make their debuts and protect people’s creativity from Mirages.

The Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE footage begins by showing Fortuna Entertainment’s offices. There, we’re introduced to the company’s president, Maiko, and briefly see Barry Goodman, a trainer. Glimpses of Fortuna Entertainment’s other singers, Kiria Kurono, Yashiro Tsurugi, Mamori Minamoto, and Eleonora Yumizuru appear. We then get to see the characters fused with their partner Mirages and utilize Performa, their creative potential, to fight enemies found in the Idolasphere dimension’s dungeons.

We also get to see various strategic battles in the video. For example, it’s possible to switch an active party member with another character waiting in the wings. Weapons equipped have elemental strengths and weaknesses and belong to the Fire Emblem weapon triangle system, where sword beats axe, axe beats lance, and lance beats sword. It also borrows the Persona series’ one more system, as hitting an enemy with an attack they’re weak to will allow you to trigger a Session attack. This means an ally will hop in for follow-up combos. Adlib Performances may also activate after a skill, bringing an ally in for a follow-up attack.

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE will come to North American and European Nintendo Wii Us on June 24, 2016.
