Bandai Namco has release dates for both of this year’s God Eater releases. The adventures will start on June 28, 2016 in North America, when God Eater Resurrection comes to the PlayStation Store for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. It will be followed by a Windows PC release on August 30, 2016, the same day the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita versions arrive in Europe. Then, on August 30, 2016, God Eater 2: Rage Burst will appear on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Windows PC in North America and Europe.

A North American God Eater 2: Rage Burst Day One Edition has also been announced for the PlayStation 4. This version will include a download of God Eater: Resurrection and costumes inspired by characters from Sword Art Online, Tales of Zestiria, and Tokyo Ghoul. In Europe, these costumes are a pre-order promotion and a copy of God Eater Resurrection comes with all copies of God Eater 2: Rage Burst.

Both God Eater Resurrection and God Eater 2: Rage Burst offer offline single player and online cooperative multiplayer for between two and four people. Each game only offers English voice acting.
