Stranger of Sword City Gives Us A Closer Look At Its Classic And New Styles

Stranger of Sword City is launching digitally for Xbox One in North America next month, and we’re getting the game with its two alternate art style options. Experience shared a good look at the two styles in latest screenshots and trailers.

 

Classic Character Portrait Style:

The above trailer gives us a look at the original “classic” art style, which was done by Yoko Tsukamoto.

As shown in the above screenshot, when the game launches on March 22 for Xbox One, there will be an 8-hour free play Trial Version that will be available for download through the Xbox Store. Save Data from the Trial Version can be carried over to the Full Game.

 

New Character Portrait Style:

The “new” art style is done by En Okishiji, who worked on other Experience titles such as Demon Gaze and Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy.

Stranger of Sword City will release in North America on March 22, 2016 for Xbox One. The PlayStation Vita version will release in North America on April 26 and Europe on April 29, 2016.
