Ahead of PAX South 2016, Atari has announced one of the games it will show for the first time at the event. The company is bringing Atari Vault, a new greatest hits collection, to PCs. This entry will have 100 Atari games bundled together, with local and online multiplayer options being available in some titles.
Atari didn’t get into all of the Atari Vault details just yet. However, Code Mystics is developing the collection, which is confirmed to include Asteroids, Centipede, Missile Command, Tempest, and Warlords. It will also have a new UI and offer Steam Leaderboards. Valve’s Steam Controller will be supported as well.
Atari Vault will be released on Steam in spring 2016. Atari will be bringing it, as well as the Apple iOS’ Pridefest and RollerCoaster Tycoon World for PCs, to PAX South 2016 on January 29-31, 2016.
