Today Sega dropped hints about not one, but two forthcoming releases for the west. On both Facebook and YouTube, game announcements were teased.

The Europe’s PC Gamer Weekender 2016 brought up Valkyria Chronicles Remaster. The PlayStation 4 port of the PlayStation 3 will be released on February 10 in Japan, and Sega’s Dan Sheridan said that people will learn more about a possible western release next week. He brings it up at the 24 second mark in Japan.

The other announcement was alluded to on Sega’s Facebook page. The exact phrasing was, “If you’re a fan of the classics, you’ll definitely want to tune in tomorrow for our new game announcement.”  2016 is the 25th anniversary of Sonic the Hedgehog. Also, Sega 3D Classics Archives 2 was released on the Nintendo 3DS i Japan on December 23 last year.

Valkyria Chronicles is immediately available on the PlayStation 3 and Windows PC.
