Arc The Lad: Twilight Of The Spirits Is The PlayStation 4’s Next PlayStation 2 JRPG

When it comes to PlayStation 2 classics on the PlayStation 4, another JRPG is on the way. Joining Dark Cloud and Rogue Galaxy is Sony’s Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits. It was revealed on the PlayStation Blog’s The Drop.

Players follow two parties in Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits, each made up of a group of different races. Kharg has been raised to hate Deimos, a race of monsters, while Darc is setting out to hopefully become a great leader who protects the Deimos and dominates humans. Each race wants the Great Spirit Stones for their own means. However, things may not be as black and white as they appear, and eventually the players will watch as their two parties’ paths cross. (There’s a great character named Bebedora on Darc’s side.)

Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits will be available on the North American PlayStation Store when it updates on January 12. A price has yet to be announced, but Dark Cloud and Rogue Galaxy were $14.99 each.
