Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X Shows Off Its Live Concert Mode, New Modules

We previously got a look at some of the tracks and Modules that will be in Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X, and the official website updates us with their new screenshots and extra details, including a new “Special Concert” feature.

The above is a look at some screenshots of Hatsune Miku: Project Diva’s opening theme movie. The track is called “Tsumi no Namae” (Name of the Crime) by Ryo of Supercell. You can check out a sample in our earlier report.

“Event Quests” are a new feature added to the Live Quest Mode. While Area Quests have you advance by selecting tracks of certain areas and clearing, but Event Quests unlock as you advance through the game.

 

You’ll get to see differnt interaction between characters, such as Miku and Rin having a talk in the above images.

Next up are the “Special Concerts,” also part of the Event Quests. These start out after choosing three songs as part of a set-list, and the third song will determine the Module Drop, so you’ll want to choose carefully. These

 

You can have up tot three characters show up in these live shows, and either equip the Modules with your preferred attributes or just go by looks.

The tracks and stages are also different for the Special Concert, so another part of the fun is to coordinate Modules and accessories accordingly. As shown in the above image, these shows are performed in front of a huge audience. They also come with their own elements, and other unique characteristics.

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X will release in Japan for PlayStation Vita on March 24th, 2016. The game will also release on PlayStation 4 in Fall 2016.
