New Taiko Drum Master Game Has Amiibo Support To Get New Songs And Costumes

Taiko: Drum Master: Atsumete Tomodachi Daisakusen (Grand Friends Gathering Strategy) is releasing later this month, and Bandai Namco revealed new details on the upcoming Wii U title’s amiibo support.

The above video details the game’s amiibo support, and shows how you can use an Animal Crossing series amiibo or amiibo card to unlock an Animal Crossing medley track and a costume for its “Kisekae Shoot” mode. The Pac-Man amiibo also works in a similar manner.

Taiko: Drum Master the Grand Friends Gathering Strategy will release on November 26, 2015 for Wii U in Japan.
