We got the latest look at SaGa: Scarlet Grace at this year’s Tokyo Game Show with its trailer that showcased some of its artwork and characters. Famitsu shares a few more details from the event.
Akitoshi Kawazu, the creator of the SaGa series, made an appearance at the Square Enix Music Presents Composer Talk Show, where he showed off a glimpse at the game on PlayStation Vita.
According to Kawazu, the game features 5-man parties for its battles. He also went on to mention that while the series tends to have confusing title, the game will be about the “grace of the scarlet.”
He said that he refers to the game as “SSG” for short, but he hopes fans will begin to call it “Scarlet” from here on out.
SaGa: Scarlet Grace is expected to release in Japan in 2016 for PlayStation Vita.
