Batman: Arkham Knight will contain no loading screens according to game director Sefton Hill, who recently answered a few fan questions via YouTube.

Regarding loading screens, Hill stated: “No loading screens as you play through the whole game. You can play from the start of the game to the end of the game, [and] you won’t see any loading screens. That’s all a really big, important thing for us.”

Hill also says that the in-game cinematics will now be rendered in realtime, so they will reflect the Batman costume you’re wearing.

“The cinematics in the game are rendered in realtime now, so if you’re wearing a different skin for Batman, that skin is going to carry into the cinematics,” he revealed. “It looks great as well. And we really want to make sure that the character you’re playing is the character that appears in the cinematics.”

Hill’s comments can be found around the 7:25 mark of the video above. Batman: Arkham Knight will be available on June 23rd.
