Summon Night 5 and Class of Heroes 3 are scheduled to come out in the North America later this year care of Gaijinworks. On the company’s forums, founder Vic Ireland talked more about his plans both PSP releases.

Gaijinworks will start polling interest for a physical release in late May or early June. Similar to the Class of Heroes 2 PSP release, a physical copy will include a code for a PSN release so you can play the game on Vita too. Summon Night 5 and Class of Heroes 3 will not have a dub. Ireland explained there is no budget for dubbing. A game would need to have sales between 25,000 to 30,000 units for a dub. Ireland estimates Summon Night 5 will be in the "teens or low 20’s" while Class of Heroes 3 will "probably be around 10k."

A PlayStation 3 version of Class of Heroes 3 is "likely," but there is a potential issue with memory limits for dual screen play. Gaijinworks added a feature to Class of Heroes 2G for PS3 which uses the Vita as a second screen. What’s interesting is Gaijinworks has "an open invitation to port [Summon Night 5] to Steam." Ireland points out that that is time and money intensive, but would fans want to see Bandai Namco/Felistella’s series on PC?

For future projects, Gaijinworks is still trying to get other PSP RPGs. Manufacturing to create UMDs is still available since Sony is supporting the PSP platform. Ireland hopes that if Summon Night 5 sales go well this will open doors to "even better properties that would otherwise be stuck in Japan."
