In Shining Resonance, your party will have instrument-based weapons along with a protagonist that can transform into a dragon. In order to help level them up, the game is getting a new DLC featuring a special dungeon. [Thanks, Zaregoto.]

The “Grimoire” is a special automated dungeon that will be added through the DLC. By setting “Sigils” acquired through combat, it’ll change the monsters and attributes that appear in the dungeons.

By changing the Sigil, you can customize it to your liking, which can help in leveling up. You can even set a time limit, and the more difficult you have the dungeon set, the better your rewards will be as well.

The DLC brings Grimoires of “The Undersea Aku Aku Alta,” “Scorching Ruins of Lava Road,” and “The Quicksand Labyrinth Yellow Beryl”. It will also include free costumes for Agnum, an idol costume for Marion, and the Maid Figure look for Kirika.

Additionally, this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine will also include an idol costume for Rinna as well, so it sounds like there will be plenty of extra costumes to choose from once the game comes out in Japan.

Shining Resonance is slated for release in Japan on December 11, 2014 for PlayStation 3. You can read more about the heroines’ “Dress-Up” feature in our earlier report.
