New Godzilla Game Is Designed To Look Old School

Bandai Namco recently announced that they’re working on a new Godzilla game for PlayStation 3, with SH Monster Arts making the 3D models and 3D skin. Famitsu shares more with a look at some of the game’s first screenshots and trailer.

According to Famitsu, Godzilla is being made with the atmosphere, dynamic camera angles and explosions that were iconic in the older movies, which will be brought out using the latest graphic technologies, so it’ll feel as if you have full control of the old school films.

In Godzilla for PlayStation 3, players will take full control of Godzilla’s characteristic attacks, as he blows up all kinds of buildings around him. More details on its gameplay will be revealed in the near future.

The Godzilla game for PlayStation 3 is being developed with fans who are in their 20s and 30s who grew up watching the Godzilla Vs. series in the 90s, but the game also features Godzilla from the recent 2014 Hollywood film, as well.
