Now that Ken Amada is a bit older and Koromaru is still as adorable as ever, the two have joined forces in Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, after sensing that their buddies were in danger. Famitsu’s Atlus blog shares a some more screenshots of the new tag-team character.
Ken has trained quite a lot with the spear, and demonstrates his prowess with its reach and up and downward-hitting moves.
The above images shows his Kala-Nemi Persona, which has light attribute attacks. Ken can also use Mediarama to heal himself.
Let’s not forget about Koromaru! He fights as Ken’s buddy, and will give opponents a tough time with his small frame and speedy movements. To top it off, he’ll also bust out with his Persona, Cerberus.
Like the other characters, Ken and Koromaru will have a Shadow-type version. While we still don’t know the reason behind why he’s fighting against the other Persona-users… just look at that reach!
And to finish it off, here’s a look at Ken and Koromaru’s finishing pose.
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is slated for release this Fall in North America for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
