Super Robot Taisen is leaving the grid behind with Super Robot Taisen OG Infinite Battle. This upcoming game is a 3D fighting game with team battles. Mecha from the OG saga series can clash in 1 vs. 3, 2 vs. 2, and 1 vs. 1 fights.

Super Robot Taisen OG Infinite Battle doesn’t have a story. The controls sound simplified too since there is a specific button for melee attacks, another button to fire weapons and a special attack button. When you add directional input (like up, down, left, or right) when pressing these buttons you can do different attacks. The game has a weapon modification system, but details will be announced in a future report.

Players will be able to fight as these mecha:

Cybuster

Fariylion Type S

Sladegelmir

Alteisen Riese

Soulgain

Gespenst Mk-II (mass produced model)

B.B. Studio and Beck are developing Super Robot Taisen OG Infinite Battle. Namco Bandai has the game slated for release on PlayStation 3 on November 28. A limited edition version includes Super Robot Taisen OG Dark Prison DLC and a downloadable episode that plays like the PS3 game, The 2nd Super Robot Taisen OG. The episode will be made available for everyone in 2014, but you can play it early if you pick up the Super Robot Taisen fighting game.
