GameStop And EB Games Giving Away Shiny Legendary Pokémon

Starting next month, certain GameStop stores in the U.S. are hosting a Shiny Pokémon distribution for Pokémon Black/White and Black 2/White 2. As part of the event, three extremely rare Shiny legendary Pokémon will be distributed to players that show up with any of the four above games—Dialga, Palkia and Giratina.

Here are the timings for when you’ll be able to grab each Shiny legendary:

• Shiny Dialga: Monday, August 19th – Sunday, September 8th

• Shiny Palkia: Monday, September 9th – Sunday, September 29th

• Shiny Giratina: Monday, September 30th – Sunday, October 20th

And here are the timings for Canada, where EB Games will handle distribution:

• Shiny Dialga: Friday, August 30th

• Shiny Palkia: Friday, September 13th

• Shiny Giratina: Friday, September 27th

The Pokémon Company say that the distribution event is being held in celebration of the upcoming launches of Pokémon X and Pokémon Y on October 12th.
