Capcom are developing what they say is a major IP for the Nintendo 3DS in Gaist Crusher, which is a multiplayer gamed where you fight monsters known as Gaists. You can read more about the game here.

It turns out Gaist Crusher is being co-developed by Treasure, the makers of the Sin & Punishment series. The developer made the announcement on their website today.

Gaist Crusher is slated for release on Nintendo 3DS this fall.
