Six years later, Samurai Warriors 2 is coming to PlayStation 3 and Vita. Samurai Warriors 2 with Xtreme Legends & Empires HD Version was announced in Famitsu and slated for release on October 24. The game costs 5,040 yen ($51) or 8,190 yen ($82) if you get a premium box.

Samurai Warriors 2 with Xtreme Legends & Empires HD Version will also be sold as a three pack download for 4,500 yen ($45) or you can get the Xtreme Legends set for 3,000 yen ($30) or the Empires set for 2,700 yen ($27).

The Vita version will only be released as a PlayStation Network download. Tecmo Koei will sell the two sets, the Xtreme Legends bundle and the Empires package, as the same price as the PS3 counterpart.
