Right now the Wii U deluxe set is only available in black, but on July 13 you can get a white Wii U with 32 GB of storage, a white GamePad and stylus. The charging stand and play stand are still black. The white Wii U will cost 31,500 yen just like the black Wii U deluxe set.
Nintendo will also release an extended battery pack on July 25. The 2,550 mAh GamePad battery pack has between five to eight hours on a full charge. The current 1,500 mAh battery pack in the Wii U GamePad has between three to five hours of life. The extended battery pack will retail for 3,150 yen ($31).
In Japan, the Wii U Deluxe Set does not include Nintendo Land. The game is sold separately for 4,935 yen ($49). Starting on July 13, Nintendo will sell a Nintendo Land Wii Remote Plus set with the game and a blue or pink Wii Remote Plus for 5,985 yen ($59).
