Senran Kagura producer, Kenichiro Takaki, hopes to bring the series to the west by localizing Senran Kagura Burst and releasing it as a Nintendo eShop download outside Japan. In order for that to happen, however, there needs to be an eShop version of the game in Japan in the first place.

That part just got taken care of. Senran Kagura Burst has a listing on the Japanese Nintendo eShop, and is slated for download release soon.

The download version of the game will be released in Japan on January 10th for 5,980 yen. Like the retail version, the download version also includes the original Senran Kagura: Portrait of Girls with new enhancements.

Meanwhile, on Twitter, Takaki tweeted in English this past week: “I’ll wrap the world in happy boobs next year.”
