Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix is a compilation with Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, and videos of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. The main addition is HD graphics, but Square Enix made a few tweaks to Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. We mentioned new skills like "Zero EXP" and "Combo Master" from Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix earlier.
Famitsu says players will be able to manually control the camera using the right analog stick and reset the camera by pressing R3. You can talk to characters by pressing triangle too. Summons aren’t in the magic menu anymore and take up the fourth spot on the command menu. That means selecting Mushu will be easier to do in Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix. And if you just want to play Kingdom Hearts for the action, you can also skip event scenes.
Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix will have trophies and custom themes for players to unlock.
The HD remaster comes out in Japan on March 14, 2013. Here’s the latest trailer.
