Capcom is going to re-release Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate in Japan with a giant yellow stripe on November 15. The "best price" version will cost 3,800 yen ($48).

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will also be available as an eShop download on December 6. The digital version is a little bit cheaper at 3,400 yen ($43).
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is slated for a March 2013 release in the West on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.
