Now, We’ve Seen Every Collaboration E.X. Troopers Has Real Life Eyeglasses

Collaborations are so common for video games in Japan it’s unusual to see a major title without some kind of tie up. E.X. Troopers could have had its hamburgers from Mos Burger or something like that, but instead Capcom choose to do a crossover with fashion eyeglasses maker Zoff.

E.X. Troopers will feature glasses from their Zoff Smart line, which are supposed to be lightweight and tough. Tough, perhaps. Akrid-proof? Doubtful. This is essentially the opposite of the Persona 4 fashion glasses which were modeled after in-game items. And the strangest thing about the collaboration is Luan (the guy in green) is the only character who usually wears glasses in the game. Bren, Teekee, Chris, and Julie either wear contact lenses or have perfect eyesight.
