Last week saw the release of Pokémon Black/White 2 in Japan, and this morning, Nintendo confirmed release dates for the game in North America and Europe as well. North America will see Black/White 2 on October 7th, while Europe will get the games on October 12th.

On the day of Black/White 2’s release in both regions, Nintendo will also release Pokémon Dream Radar for the 3DS via the Nintendo eShop, where you’ll be able to capture Pokémon using the 3DS’ augmented reality features and transfer them to Black/White 2. Among the Dream Radar Pokémon will be rare breeds such as the new Therian forms of legendary Pokémon Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus.

Finally, while Nintendo haven’t announced a release date for the app yet, Pokédex 3D Pro will be released through the Nintendo eShop sometime this fall, too. This updated version of Pokédex 3D will include detailed information on every single Pokémon in the history of the games.
