Pentavision confirmed they will release the Vita version of DJ Max in North America. Just like Korea, DJ Max Technika Tune is slated for release this summer. The game will be available on PSN, but there may be a small delay between the physical and digital release. DJ Max Technika Tune will also come out in Japan care of CyberFront, but as of now a European release has not been announced.

Pentavision explained the reason why on Facebook.

"We stated in another comment thread that most of the problem with an EU release is that the company publishing the title MUST have an office in the region that the title is being released in. This is why you see a lot of cross licensing of foreign titles in the US and UK. We currently don’t have a licensing partner or an office in Europe so it’s not something that internally we can just make a decision on and say ‘hey, let’s release this over there too’.
In Korea and the US we handle the series directly, in Japan we license the console games to a company called Cyber Front and the arcade release is handled by Konami."

PM Studios, a subsidiary of Pentavision, handles DJ Max games in North America.

Based on the Technika arcade series, DJ Max Technika Tune has touch screen notes for players to hit while a bar sweeps left and right to the beat. Additional songs from previous DJ Max games will be released on DLC.
