Persona 4: Arena’s Home Console Version Will Arrive In Japan This August [Update]

Persona 4: Arena for home consoles has a release date in Japan. This week’s Famitsu magazine reveals that the game is slated for release on August 2nd. Reserving the game will net buyers a bonus soundtrack CD.

 

In case you haven’t gotten caught up with Arc System Works’ Persona 4 fighter, you can read our full coverage of it using its tag. Atlus USA have announced the game for North American release, too, but haven’t announced a release date.

 

Update: More details about the console version’s story mode slipped on to the web. When Persona 4: Arena starts you can only play as four characters. Other fighters will be unlocked as you progress through story mode. According to magazine leaks, Atlus is creating a lot of brand new scenarios for Persona 4: Arena.
