Sega has big plans for Hatsune Miku who has two more titles in development, which are actually the same game. See, Next Hatsune Miku Project Diva will debut on PlayStation Vita in Japan this summer and then come to PlayStation 3 in 2013.

Next Hatsune Miku Project Diva sticks to the concept of play to sing, but adds a new "scratch" feature for the Vita version. Players can rub the screen to play instruments like jamming out to a guitar solo. Sega didn’t say how scratching will work on the PS3 version. The game also has technical zones, parts of songs where you can get bonus points by chaining together a full combo. You will have to practice these parts if you want to increase your rank. And for players new to Project Diva, Sega has four difficulty settings.

Sega confirmed two songs for the game: Cat Food from doriko and Word’s End Dance Hall from wowaka. All of Hatsune Miku’s "future stars" are in the game. From left to right we have Kaito, Meiko, Len, Miku, Rin, and Luka.
