Yes, Dragon Ball Z For Kinect Is Real. It’s Coming In October

Confirming two separate leaks, Namco Bandai announced Dragon Ball Z for Kinect. The Xbox 360 exclusive will have 50 characters to play as and a short video showed Goku in battle. Silhouettes show Gohan, Trunks, and Vegeta too. Players can unlock characters via QR cards. Yamcha was unlocked through a QR code.

Dragon Ball Z for Kinect will have 100+ moves and 30 minutes of new anime content. Namco Bandai have the game slated for release in October 2012.
