Ciel No Surge Turns Barcodes Into Fairies And Has Twitter-Like Chat

Eating dinner with Ion is half of Ciel no Surge. You also have to repair her memory with the help of fairies (known as Char) and you create Char by scanning barcodes. Each barcode makes a different kind of fairy with a unique hairstyle, outfit, and countenance combination. Char also have different personalities and will interact with each other in the game’s fairy space.

Players need to bring Char inside Ion’s mind to repair ruins and her memory.

Ciel no Surge also has a built in Twitter-like system where players can type short messages called micro quasars.
