Konami will be publishing New Little King’s Story (yes, that’s the English title) in Europe, they have announced. The follow-up to 2009’s Little King’s Story is slated for release sometime in 2012.

New Little King’s Story is about King Corobo, a 14-year-old king who has to reclaim his kingdom from an invader called “The Nightmare”. You do this by recruiting an army consisting of different classes, including warriors, advisors and more. Since the game is being developed for the PlayStation Vita, you’ll be able to use the touchscreen to control recruits.

You’ll also get to see day-and-night transitions, as well as how the land changes as you turn the tide in your favour and fend off Nightmare’s invasion. New Little King’s Story hasn’t been announced for a U.S. release just yet.
