Tekken Hybrid is a game/movie combo package that includes Tekken Blood Vengeance, Tekken Tag Tournament HD version, and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Prologue Version. Namco Bandai have its release slated for December 1 in Japan, a bit after it launches in North America in late November, but the Japanese version comes with a few extras.
First print copies in Japan include a slip cover created by Shunya Yamashita. He worked on Final Fantasy X as a NPC designer and later made illustrations for Makai Kingdom. Now he drafts designs for collectable figures and makes anime pinup art books. This page has a gallery of Yamashita’s art including his take on Bayonetta and Aya from Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad, but you may want to view it at home since it teeters on NSFW territory at the end.
Namco Bandai also included a password to unlock Tekken Blood Vengeance models for Xiaoyu and Devil Jin for the arcade version of Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Famitsu has pictures of those here.
