Last we checked, Tales of Xillia had sold close to 573,000 copies in Japan. That was by the end of last week. There are approximately another 77,000 copies that still need to be picked up; Namco Bandai recently announced they’ve shipped a total of 650,000 copies to Japanese stores so far.

In its second week on the market, Xillia sales dropped by close to 90%. It should be interesting to see what weekly sales figures it stabilizes at in the future, and how much Namco can squeeze out of it.
