Dissidia Duodecim Prologus Is A Paid Preview, Adds Aeris As An Assist Character

If you guessed the Duodecim Prologus trademark was for a paid demo, you were right! Square Enix formally announced Dissidia Duodecim Prologus at their press event. It’s coming to PlayStation Network now and it exclusively adds Final Fantasy VII character Aeris as an assist character to the final game.

Dissidia Duodecim Prologus will have an original short scenario (read: short storyline) and arcade mode. You can get Dissidia Duodecim Prologus for 300 yen ($3.75)

 

Clarification: If you buy Dissidia Duodecim Prologus you can use Aeris in the PSP game, Dissidia 012[duodecim]: Final Fantasy.

 

Update: Downloaded Dissidia Duodecim Prologus and it’s actually two files. After you purchase it from the PlayStation Store you get Dissidia Duodecim Prologus (244MB) and a Dissidia 012[duodecim]: Final Fantasy assist character file for Aeris (486KB).
