As a prelude to The 3rd Birthday, Square Enix is putting both Parasite Eve titles on PlayStation Network in Japan.
Parasite Eve is on deck first with a November 4 release. It’s more Resident Evil-like sequel Parasite Eve 2 arrives a week later on November 11. Each digital game will cost 600 yen ($7.50). If you’ve never seen a crocodile mutate into a monster, engraved your name on a custom gun or just want to know who this Aya character we keep talking about is give these PsOne games a look.
We hope Square Enix USA will pull off a similar promotion before The 3rd Birthday launches earlier next year. On the other hand, North America missed out on Front Mission 3, which Square Enix re-released in Europe as a warm up to Front Mission Evolved.
