NIS America plans to release Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties, Dood! in January. One of their promotions for the game is… fan made underwear. There is a contest for people to submit a design for Etna’s panties. The winning undergarment will actually be made and given out to the top three contestants and 50 random participants.
