Konami Sold More Games On Wii, PSP; Less On PS3

Konami’s sales across all the different consoles they publish games on saw a slight shake-up in 2009, compared to the year prior. Here’s a quick comparison of what unit sales were like across the different platforms. Wii and PSP took a larger software share this past year where Konami published Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and Tokimeki Memorial 4.

Konami unit sales Perhaps, next year, we’ll see the iPhone and iPad listed alongside the other systems as well. Konami also provided a rather amusing breakdown of their sales based on genre.

 

Notice the drop of METAL GEAR in fiscal year 2010. That also explains the drop in PlayStation 3 unit sales.
