Coming out of Golden Week, sales for the week of May 10th – 16th dropped rather precipitously, as Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2 and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker clung to the top two spots for a third week in a row.
The only real notable release for the week was Hakuouki: Yuugi Roku, a new entry in one of Idea Factory’s otome series, which, unlike past games in the franchise, looks to be more of a minigame collection of sorts.

For reference, fan disc Hakuouki: Zuisouroku on PS2 moved 16,937 units in its opening week, while Hakuouki Portable, a remake of a PS2 game from 2008, seemingly sold less than Yuugi Roku. The next mainline game in the series, Hakuouki: Shinsengumi Kitan, is set to release on the PlayStation 3 in June.
