The upgraded game has four new stages, three new characters (including the console exclusive μ-12), and legion mode from the PSP port. Newcomers will appreciate the revised controls beginners mode and tutorial mode (don’t be intimidated!). Challenge mode is for the pros. Like Calamity Trigger, this game has worldwide online play.

In Japan, Arc System Works has BlazBlue: Continuum Shift scheduled for July 1st. While an exact date hasn’t been set, Aksys’ summer launch window can’t be too far from its overseas debut.
