Remember when Mario and Sonic were mortal enemies? A time when Nintendo and Sega were bitter rivals? Those days are long over since Nintendo is publishing a Sonic game.
Cooperating to make the Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games is one thing, both companies have an invested interest in the series. Now, Nintendo is taking their relationship with Sega a step further by localizing and publishing Sonic Rush Adventure in Korea.
Nintendo of Korea is handling Sonic Rush Adventure similar to how Nintendo handles the Professor Layton games outside of Japan. They’re going to market the game as if it was a Nintendo title, which is unusual considering Sega of Korea exists.
If you want to purchase Nintendo’s version of Sonic Rush Adventure you can import it from Korea on September 17.
