Namco Bandai has a habit of filing too many Tales trademarks. You can’t trust them to always reveal new games and Tales of LMBS Linear Motion Battle System probably isn’t related just to a single title.
The Linear Motion Battle System is the foundation all Tales games are based on. Variations of it include the Multi-Line LMBS seen in Tales of Symphonia and Evolved Flex Range LMBS used in Tales of Vesperia.
Recently, Namco Bandai registered Tales of LMBS Linear Motion Battle System in Japan with the above logo. This is probably going to be used to umbrella brand the Tales series. Notice that the logo is entirely in English. Perhaps, this is going to be used to link a slew of Tales games Namco Bandai has been quiet about like Tales of Graces, Tales of Vs., and the PS3 version of Tales of Vesperia.
