The Conduit Developer Creating Astro Boy Video Game

D3 Publisher is handling the Astro Boy video game based on the upcoming CG movie from Imagi Studios. High Voltage Software, best known now for The Conduit, is developing Astro Boy for the PS2, PSP, and Wii. Art Co. is making the DS version. Astro Boy: The Video Game won’t be coming to the PS3 or Xbox 360.

The game will be in stores this October, around the same time as the film. However, no screenshots of Astro Boy firing his butt machine guns or using his rocket boosters in “flight combat levels” have been released. The two player co-op mode in the console games is also mysterious. If player one picks Astro Boy who will player two be? Uran?
